Auxiliares de Conversación

The Auxiliares de Conversación Program, a government initiative by Spain’s Ministry of Education, focuses on enhancing English language proficiency in public schools. Open to U.S. and Canadian citizens, it offers thousands of placements annually and provides a monthly stipend of €700–€1,000, part-time teaching hours, and government-sponsored health insurance. Running for 8–9 months (October–May/June), the program is ideal for individuals seeking cultural immersion and professional growth. With minimal Spanish proficiency required, it’s a widely accessible opportunity for those with a bachelor’s degree or current students in their final years of study.

The Bilingual Education Development and Assessment (BEDA) Program places native or near-native English speakers in Catholic bilingual schools across Spain, with a primary focus on Madrid. Participants work part-time (18–24 hours per week) assisting with English and other subjects, earning a competitive stipend and receiving private health insurance. The program provides strong support for visa and residency paperwork, fostering a smooth transition into Spanish life. Designed for bachelor’s degree holders with native-level English proficiency, BEDA offers a well-structured teaching and cultural exchange experience, making it ideal for those seeking a faith-based educational setting

The UP International Education Teaching Assistant Program offers participants the chance to teach English in Spanish schools while immersing themselves in a dynamic educational environment. This program stands out for its personalized support, exclusive training opportunities through partnerships like the University of Cambridge, and comprehensive assistance with all logistical aspects, including housing and cultural integration. Open to individuals with a bachelor’s degree and native or near-native English proficiency, the program runs for 9–10 months, aligning with the academic year. Participants receive a monthly stipend, health insurance, and access to professional development, making it an excellent option for recent graduates or aspiring educators.

Universidad de Alcala

The Teach & Learn in Spain Program uniquely combines a teaching assistantship in bilingual schools with earning a master’s degree in fields such as education or international development. Spanning 9 months (September–June), it offers flexible financial options, including tuition coverage, a monthly stipend, and health insurance. Participants gain practical teaching experience while advancing academically, with guaranteed school placements and cultural immersion. Open to bachelor’s degree holders with English proficiency certification for non-native speakers, the program is ideal for those seeking a blend of academic and professional development.

FLEP provides personalized assistance for applying to government-backed language assistant programs and educational pathways, making your study abroad experience both affordable and rewarding.

You can earn up to 2,000 Euros per month through part-time work.

Additional support is available if you decide to purchase a two-wheeler or acquire a driving license. If selected, you’ll have access to 24 countries within the European Union and can stay in Spain for up to 3 additional years.

Comprehensive Program Preparation (Expert-Led)

● A-Z Guidance: Provide complete preparation for four distinct programs aimed at Spain. Expert support will be offered by professionals based in Spain.


● Language Prerequisites: Candidates with Spanish certification can apply for all four programs. However, for those without Spanish certification, they can apply for the Teach and Learn in Spain program. We will offer assistance in:
○ Creating 2-3 minute video applications.
○ Completing application forms.
○ Writing personal essays.
○ Building a strong LinkedIn profile and CV.


● Language Classes: Offer additional language support (Spanish & IELTS) by experienced professionals with 5-10+ years of expertise. Both private tutoring and batch options will be available to help candidates pass these exams.

Interview Preparation (Personalized Mode)

Mock Interviews : Provide at least 10 mock interviews before the actual interview date, giving candidates an edge in the selection process.
● Spanish Consultant Support: Receive tailored guidance and a questionnaire from Spanish consultants to ensure candidates are fully prepared.

Visa & Immigration Support

● Visa Application Assistance: From filling out forms to booking interviews and applying for police verification.
● Mock Sessions for Immigration Interviews: Offer practice sessions to prepare for potential immigration questions.

Flight Booking Assistance

● Guidance for Booking Flights: Support students with flight bookings to Spain, ensuring they have the best options and prices for their journey.

Income Opportunities

Pre - Arrival Job Assistance Course :- We shall provide an introduction to Spain’s economy, an overview of part-time job opportunities, and insights into the most common professions. Support skill development for tutoring jobs, assist with CV preparation, and offer strategies for local job hunting.


● Part-Time Job Assistance: Help candidates find flexible part-time jobs with potential earnings of 500€ - 1,500€ per month. Opportunities include:
○ Private English tutoring.
○ Online teaching.


● Tourist Season Earnings: Advise on earning up to 1,500€ monthly during peak
tourist seasons through private tutoring or working in the hospitality industry

Cultural Immersion

Guided Tours: Provide cultural immersion opportunities through guided tours in iconic cities like Madrid and Barcelona, helping students connect with the local culture.
● Public Transport Tips: Teach students how to navigate Spain’s public transport system, ensuring smooth mobility during their stay.

Housing Support

Accommodation Arrangements: If the client has paid the full advance 60 days before departure, we will arrange accommodation for up to 30 days in Spain (subject
to availability and T&Cs).
● Plus Package Accommodation Guidance: For those opting for the Plus Package,we’ll provide guidance, but the client must cover their accommodation cost for the first month.

Language Support Classes

FLEP offers Spanish language classes to help students meet the language requirements for various programs. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to improve your skills, we
offer:
● Spanish A1 & A2 Crash Courses:
○25,000 to ₹30,000 per person.
○These intensive courses will help you gain proficiency in Spanish to meet the program requirements for Auxiliares de Conversación, BEDA, and UP International Education.
● C1 Level Crash Course:
○ Fee: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per person.
○ This crash course is designed to help students prepare for the IELTS exam with an emphasis on achieving a C1 level to qualify for Teach & Learn in Spain or other English-speaking opportunities. (C1 = 7.0 IELTS Band)
● IELTS Exam Fees:
○ Typically ₹17000
○ FLEP offers guidance and support through the exam preparation process.
● Lingua Skills Exam:
○ Fee: ₹9,000 per exam (for English proficiency certification).
○ Students can use this certification for language assistant programs that require A2 or higher English proficiency.

Post Program Support

Networking and Job Placement: After completing the program, FLEP will support graduates with career guidance, networking, and job placement opportunities either in Spain or other parts of Europe.
● Startup Village Amsterdam Visit (Optional): For an additional 850€, students can visit Amsterdam's Startup Village, which includes:
○ Local tours, food, and accommodation.
○ Airport pick-up/drop-off.
○ Meetings with 2-3 startups aligned with the student’s career interests,fostering entrepreneurship and expanding their professional network.

Additional Support for Travel (Free)

Flight and Luggage Guidance: Help candidates book their flights and pack efficiently.
○ Provide a detailed packing list of essentials and non-essentials to avoid overpacking.
○ Arrival Orientation & 3-Month Support: Upon arrival, participants will be introduced to Spanish lifestyle, language, culture, and strategies for making friends. They will also receive guidance on starting conversations, understanding local football culture, exploring food and cuisine, and travel tips. This orientation will focus on helping participants adjust to life in Spain and embrace its diversity. Participants will receive 3 to 5 sessions, with additional sessions available if needed.
